Leaders - Literally Judges OT Judges had 2 roles.  Serve in leadership.  Bring the people to God. Selection Criteria Fear God - Is Jesus the centre of their life? Trustworthy - Are they trustworthy in small things? Hate dishonest gain - Serve God or own interest?
